Blume is committed to protecting user rights, enforcing community standards, and operating within the law across all markets in which it operates.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Blume platform and related services. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Blume, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.
Blume may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to Blume. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined herein, which govern your access to and use of the Blume platform including all related applications, websites, communications, software, and associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Blume Technologies Ltd. ("Blume", "we", "our", or "us").
Blume facilitates live and asynchronous experiences between individuals through paid, optional, or user-generated offerings. Our platform leverages gamified interactions and marketplace mechanics to enable safe, dynamic engagement. This agreement applies globally except where superseded by specific regional Terms or jurisdictional laws.
2. Account Creation and Eligibility
To use Blume, you must register and maintain an account. By creating an account, you affirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Users under 18 are only permitted with verified legal guardian consent and restricted usage rights.
Have not been suspended or removed from any prior Blume-related platform or partner service for violations of policy.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information upon registration and update it as necessary.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and any activity conducted under their account.
3. Role Definitions and User Types
The Blume platform supports multiple user roles, which may include but are not limited to:
Guest: A general browser or unregistered user and/OR:
Payer/Participant: A user who engages in or purchases access to another user’s Plan.
Talent: Any individual offering services, presence, or engagement for Blume Points or fiat currency and/OR:
Host/Organizer: A user facilitating a Plan or experience that involves multiple Participants.
Users have dual-ended roles depending on the nature of the interaction. Additional requirements or verification may apply depending on the role.
4. Platform Functionality Overview
Blume offers a digital marketplace and communication system that allows users to:
Create or join Plans (activities, experiences, or time-based offerings)
Send and receive Blume Points
Participate in auctions for time with Talents/Hosts
Send symbolic in-app Gifts
Unlock premium features including Profile and Plan Boosts
Interact through a secure, in-app chat system
Functionality may evolve based on regional availability, regulatory compliance, and new feature development.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to misuse the Blume platform. The following are explicitly prohibited:
Harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse
Use of AI bots, spam accounts, or automation tools
Misleading impersonation, identity theft, or fraudulent representation
Posting or facilitating illegal services
Commercial activity not permitted under the platform’s guidelines
Sharing of misinformation or non-consensual media
Violations may result in account suspension, removal, or legal escalation.
6. Community Guidelines and Safety
To protect the integrity of the Blume community, users must uphold respectful, lawful, and safety-oriented behavior both online and in-person. These guidelines apply universally, regardless of region or user role:
Consent is paramount in all forms of interaction.
Users must avoid verbal, physical, or digital harassment.
Hate speech, discrimination, or abuse based on race, gender, orientation, nationality, disability, or appearance is grounds for immediate removal.
When attending in-person Plans, users must confirm the location, timing, and nature of the activity, and report any suspicious behavior.
Alcohol and drug use during Plans must comply with applicable local law and platform restrictions.
Firearms, weapons, or other dangerous tools are not allowed during any interaction.
Nudity, sexual conduct, or adult-oriented Plans must be clearly disclosed, age-gated (18+), and restricted to designated digital or commercial spaces.
Users may not pressure, guilt, or coerce others into interaction or spending.
Blume reserves the right to intervene, restrict, or terminate accounts found violating these policies.
7. Booking and Transactions
When booking a Plan or participating in an auction, users enter into a binding commitment with the Host/Talent. The following governs transactional interaction:
Plans may be free or fiat-priced depending on the Host’s settings.
Cancellations, refunds, or no-shows are governed by the Plan’s stated terms. Blume may override disputes at its sole discretion.
Participation must occur within the boundaries of the Plan's description. Unauthorized recording, resale, or third-party redistribution is prohibited.
Repeated failure to attend or fulfill a booked Plan may result in penalties or account limits.
8. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
Blume operates on a freemium and subscription model aligned with Blume Match’s current offerings:
Level 1 — Basic Access (Free):
Free to sign up and browse. Limited visibility and users can unlock access to individual Plans using Blume Points.Level 2 — Verified / Pro (Subscription-based):
Verified Plan: $50/month — Emerging creators and consistent earners. Includes verified badge, access to Level 2-exclusive Plans, and free Boosts.
Pro Plan: $1000/month — Designed for high-volume users. Includes advanced AI analytics, 10 free Boosts each month, and access to Level 3 application.
Level 3 — Celebrity / SVIP (Invite-only or application):
Custom-tier access (price upon approval) offering priority placement, advanced security features, and 24/7 concierge support.
Bundles and Add-ons
Blume Points are available for purchase in transparent microtransaction bundles (“Bag of Blume”). Users may also buy optional upgrades such as Plan Boosts, Profile Boosts, and Direct Request Unlocks. Pricing varies by currency and jurisdiction.
Taxes & Earnings
All purchases are subject to applicable taxes based on your region. Hosts, talents, or participants earning through Blume are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable income or VAT liabilities.
9. Blume Points
Blume Points (“BP”) represent in-app gifts used for:
Unlocking Plans
Sending Gifts
Participating in auctions
Boosting visibility
Blume Points are not refundable for cash. Misuse of Blume (including unauthorized farming, fraudulent gifting, or off-platform transactions) is strictly prohibited.
Gifts are soft-value expressions. They are not payments, time-bound, nor guarantees of interaction.
10. Bid-based Participation Mechanics
Blume features a native bidding system for exclusive time-based access:
Users may place bids on Plans even if the Plan is not currently live.
Host/Talents may set minimum bid thresholds, time windows, or accept/reject any bidder.
Bids are not donations and do not guarantee acceptance. Unsuccessful bids are refunded as per policy.
This feature is designed to reward generosity, prioritize interest, and enable high-value engagements such as celebrity meet-ups, mentorship, or coaching.
Celebrities or high-profile users may opt to donate time proceeds to charitable causes.
11. Add-ons, Boosts, and Paid Interactions
Users may purchase visibility or interaction upgrades:
Plan Boost – $20/24hr exposure boost on discovery feeds
Profile Boost – $20/24hr increase in search and suggested rankings
Direct Request Unlock – 1 Blume to unlock Plan price + send inquiry
All paid add-ons are final and non-refundable unless a platform error or breach of service occurs.
12. Intellectual Property and Licensing
All content, branding, platform code, media, and user interface designs are the exclusive property of Blume or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any proprietary content without express authorization.
By uploading or sharing content on the platform (including media, text, audio, or video), users grant Blume a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content for platform-related purposes, including marketing and service improvement.
Users may not use the Blume name, logo, or brand assets without prior written permission.
All custom icons, gifts, and platform-specific visual elements are protected under intellectual property law.
13. Privacy and Data Use
Blume collects, processes, and stores user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to:
The collection of data necessary for account functionality, security, and platform optimization.
The storage and processing of data in jurisdictions where Blume or its partners operate.
The sharing of anonymized or aggregate data with third-party partners for research or analytics.
Communication via email, app notifications, or SMS for service-related updates.
Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data within the bounds of legal and operational requirements.
14. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Blume may integrate with or refer to third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, mapping services, messaging APIs). By using such services:

Blume is not responsible for outages, breaches, or changes in policy from these third-party providers.
Integration does not imply endorsement.
15. Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk
Blume is a digital marketplace that facilitates user-generated interactions. As such:
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fulfillment of any user-created Plan or listing.
Users assume full responsibility for their interactions, both online and in person.
Blume disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not screen all users beyond base verification; caution and discretion are advised.
16. Indemnification and Liability
By using Blume, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blume Technologies Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
Any content you submit, post, or transmit
Blume' liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. Termination and Suspension
Blume reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at its discretion, with or without notice, for:
Violations of these Terms or community guidelines
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Inactivity or regulatory risk
Users may request account closure at any time. Upon termination, all in-platform access, gifts, and listings will be forfeited.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
For any dispute arising under these Terms:
We encourage informal resolution through Blume support channels.
If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with proceedings held in Singapore or another mutually agreed location.
Users waive the right to class action suits or jury trials.
19. Regional Legal Disclosures
Depending on your region, supplemental terms may apply. These will be provided at registration or notified via update. Users in the EEA, UK, or Australia are subject to additional rights and disclosures.
20. Updates to These Terms
Blume reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and notified via email or in-app alerts. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
